1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Handcrafted by Henry website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Products
All products sold by Handcrafted by Henry are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the nature of artisan production, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and are not considered defects — they are a hallmark of authentic handmade goods. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the final item received.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at checkout.
4. Orders & Production Time
Each belt is made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order ships. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue and we will work with you to make it right. Custom or personalized orders are final sale.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, and design — is the property of Handcrafted by Henry and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handcrafted by Henry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers). By placing an order, you consent to this limited use of your data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Handcrafted by Henry operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
